For those of the Raak-Zun who show their true devotion to Raak, being mortally wounded in battle, there is still hope. With years of knowledge of machinery, passed down by ancient spirits and ancestors, the Raak-Zun are able to reconstruct the bodies of the wounded heroes. With the result of an abomination which is more machine than life, the reconstruction process is long and painful. It is believed by many that the soul has already departed and that all remains is a brutal killing machine, lacking emotion or compassion.

The result is the Cyborg, the basic heavy infantry of the Raak-Zun. With their heavy armor and dual laser blasters, they are capable of enforcing Raak's Will upon entire hordes of enemies at a time. Travelling in large squads, the Cyborg is feared by many due to it's capability to seemingly appear from nowhere and cause havoc instantaneously. Cyborgs who have proven themselves effective in the field are often bestowed an additional upgrade.

Mounted with a Jetpack and "Dark Angel" missile system, they are capable of remaining in the skies indefinately, firing missiles from above on ground and air targets. Multitudes of the Raak-Zun believe the Cyborgs to be guardian angels, protecting them from the evils that wander the wastelands.
